Much easier to get an appointment by going to the surgery. On the phone , even when choosing an off peak time I always seem to be in a queue.

My appointment was on time and everything was done well.

I’m no further on in gaining pain relief and a plan for my very painful, probably needing replacement, hip as I was before this appointment. There no progress, no specifics, no understanding of holistic care, no specialist I can speak to, just waiting without clarity and “I don’t know”’told to me many times.
